Actually now that I think about it, the Whoppers were purchased for $1 for a large box at Target and then I divide them up into little snack bags with ten Whoppers each in them, and the pistachios were bought because I had a $1 coupon and the store was doubling $1 coupons that day and the pistachios were on sale for $4 for a 2 pound bag (shelled, even!) So yes, I think my breakfast cost maybe 25 cents. Which is better than my usual bagel (6 for $2) and cream cheese ($2 small tub that lasts for 7-8 bagels) breakfast. But I did eat it at work.
Happy birthday from a reader who is 4 1/2 years younger. I thank you, Kira, for providing me with inspiration to keep my finances in order throughout my college years.

OMG, I thought you were talking about Burger King Whoppers, not Whoppers the candy. I was thinking that a Whopper burger and pistachios would be pretty gross.
